This high profile mixed development is located in a busy area close to Bangsar. The shopping and entertainment area incorporates challenges for smoke control due to natural venting from a large open-sided atrium roof. The large basement carpark floors have uncompartmented floor areas which required close interaction with the Mechanical Engineer in the design of the smoke exhaust system.

The renovation of the existing Mall occurred in 2020 and proposed air-conditioning the upper floors which originally were naturally smoke vented. A complete CFD and egress engineering design was required.
